2018 EVENT NEWS!
Our friends at the Silk Mill in Whitchurch are currently in the middle of a huge restoration and refurbishment project as part of their Heritage Lottery funded 'Preserving the Fabric' project. The mill and visitors centre are therefore closed to visitors due to the building work, and will remain so until the early autumn. This means that sadly, won't be able to hold our annual Sylvanian Families Weekend there this year.
Rose Timbertop has had her thinking cap on all winter, and we have been to visit lots of other alternative venues in search of a temporary home for our event, but nothing quite 'Sylvanian' enough can be found close by. Therefore we have taken the difficult decision to postpone this summer's Sylvanian Families Whitchurch Shopping Weekend.
But don't worry! We're using the time wisely, and will get our shop in London all back to business as usual, and then start planning our 2019 event! Thank you to everyone who has asked after this year's event already, and we do apologise for any disappointment the postponement of the 2018 event will cause our regular visitors. Have a wonderful summer, and we shall look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at our shop in London over the coming months! :)
Whitchurch Weekend 2017 - Thank you for coming!
A huge thank you to all our friends and collectors who came to visit us in Whitchurch this year. Over the weekend of June 17th & 18th 2017 we were delighted to see so many of you come to meet Freya Chocolate and her friends, take part in all our free creative activities, have your faces painted, and of course shop for Sylvanian bargains in our extensive shopping area. We hope all your new Sylvanians are settling in well!
We just wanted to share a few of our favourite pictures from the weekend with you - we hope you enjoy looking at them. You can also find a full album of pictures on our Facebook page HERE!
